Seekonk Select Board adds Matt’s Way street-layout order to Sept. 30 agenda

The Seekonk Select Board is scheduled to consider an order to lay out “Matt’s Way” in the Brigham Farm III subdivision at its 6 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 30 meeting, according to an amended agenda posted Sept. 28.

The agenda says the proposed action would follow an as-built plan and legal description; it gives no further engineering, construction or cost details. Comparing the amended copy with the earlier version shows Matt’s Way was added as a new general-business item. The agenda also lists a public hearing on laying out Madison Court in Madison Estates, two motor-vehicle dealer license requests, a possible zoning-bylaw amendment referral and discussion of Flock cameras.

The board has not acted on these proposals; they are scheduled matters, not decisions. The meeting is set for the Select Board Meeting Room at Seekonk Town Hall, 100 Peck St. The amended notice identifies the update as posted Sept. 28 at 1:38 p.m.
